After my second baby, I did 2 rounds ( 6 weeks total ) of this program to restart my journey back to me. The moves in 21 Day Fix are more basic and great for new moms to start with on their postpartum journey. But as a beginner, the 21-day fix is a better place to start. 4 of the workouts each week are 45 min or more, and 2 are around 35.Ģ1 Day fix and 80 Day Obsession are BOTH full body workouts. 21 Day fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts are all 30 minutes, 7 days a week for 21 days.Ģ1 Day Fix workouts ONLY utilize weights as the equipment, unlike 80 Day Obsession which uses loops, sliders, and weights.Ĩ0 Day Obsession workouts range from 30 minutes to 60, 6 days a week. One of the biggest differences in these two workouts is the length.
